Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Baked Sweet Potato Chips are a healthier alternative to regular fried chips, it doesn't take that much time of your hands and they are super easy to make!

Sweet Potatoes are rich in Fiber, Manganese (which is a pivotal component in the metabolism of carbohydrates which helps support healthy blood sugar levels) and Vitamins A, C and E.

Ingredients:

1 Large Sweet Potato (thin sliced)
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper (optional)

How to make it: 

Pre heat oven at 400 F.
Add Olive Oil and Sea Salt to the thin sliced Sweet Potato.
Place them on a baking sheet.
Bake until they get a little crisp and golden. (18-20 min)
Let them cool down and serve!

They can be stored up to 2 days!
